My name is Bill Wuttke. I am an old fellow. This blog is about my toys.
My interest in electronics started before I was a teenager – I assembled a Radio Shack crystal radio, and then on to a Heathkit AR-3 shortwave receiver. Since then I spent 20 years in the Air Force – 6+ years as an autopilot technician and 13+ years as a ground radio maintenance technician. After I retired from the Air Force, I worked for E-Systems as a Systems Engineer, SSE Technologies as a Satcom Systems Engineer, then for Raytheon (bought E-Systems) as both a Systems Engineer and Software Engineer. I retired from Raytheon in 2008 and have been playing with my toys ever since.
